This Privacy Policy describes how Carli Plummer ("I," "me," or "my"), a licensed real estate agent, collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when using the websites and tools associated with carliplummer.com and related subdomains, including resources.carliplummer.com and buyer.carliplummer.com.

By using any of my websites, tools, or submitting your information through any form or resource, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use these sites.

Carli Plummer is a licensed real estate agent and first-time homebuyer specialist serving the greater Denver metro area and Colorado Front Range. I operate the following websites and digital properties:

When you fill out a form, download a resource, or request a book through my websites, I may collect:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

Forms on my websites are hosted by JotForm (jotform.com). JotForm's own privacy policy applies to how your data is processed on their platform. I use this information only to follow up with you about your homebuying questions, deliver requested resources, and provide real estate services.

When you visit my websites, certain data is collected automatically through cookies and tracking technologies, including:

• Pages you visit and how long you spend on them

• How you arrived at my site (e.g., from a Facebook or Instagram ad)

I do not sell your personal information. I may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help me operate my websites and business, including:

• AgentFire — real estate website platform (operated on behalf of my broker)

• GoDaddy — website hosting

I run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to promote my real estate services and the Key Ready System™ buyer resources. Through Meta's advertising platform, I may:

• Use the Meta Pixel to retarget website visitors with relevant ads

• Upload contact lists to create Custom Audiences on Meta's platform

• Use Lookalike Audiences to reach people similar to my current clients

If you prefer not to see my ads on Facebook or Instagram, you can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook account settings under Settings > Ads, or visit facebook.com/ads/preferences.

I retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, and provide real estate services. If you request deletion of your data, I will honor that request to the extent permitted by law and professional record-keeping requirements applicable to licensed real estate agents in Colorado.

My websites and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, please contact me immediately at carli@carliplummer.com and I will promptly delete it.

My websites may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (such as lender websites, Calendly scheduling, or Lovable-powered apps). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. I encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

I take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in my practices, technology, or applicable law. When I make changes, I will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy. I encourage you to review this policy periodically.
